To those who worry about what others do on their streams…

Seriously, read this.

Remember this: Streamers on Twitch are worrying way too much about what other streamers are doing on the platform. To those streamers: Stop that shit. Focus on your streams and the content you make. You are going to get hate, trolls, misogynists no matter what.

Everyone gets shit on for something: What you wear, what you play, sexual orientation, and identity. Even I have gotten hate for not allowing troublemakers in multiplayer games and speaking up and supporting female streamers.

It’s stressful and frustrating. It can make some days feel like hell and shit on a shingle. Today was one of those days, and the hate I’ve gotten has been nuts. There will always be people who hate your guts and wish the worst for you, to watch you fall.

They’ll wait for that moment and some might even create a moment just to get that W over you. The People that want to watch the world burn are always looking for the 15 seconds of “Got you Bitch!”.

BUT! No matter what the haters say, that doesn’t say shit one about who you are and what you are trying to achieve. Those who can’t do, bitch and harass those who can. That’s just how life is. You are gonna make mistakes, you will stumble, that’s how you grow and learn.

The only time the haters will be 100% right about you is if you are knowingly hurting and attacking innocent people for what they do. The only time you have to worry about the rules is if you plan on breaking them.

If you are not hurting anyone, calm yourself and focus on what you are making. Worry about yourself and your well-being. Can’t create content if you aren’t focused. You can’t move forward if your standing still.

STOP worrying about what others think of you, being lumped into others. Focus on the people who love what you do. Love what you make. Enjoy the fun you are having and just do you.
